Nestmark is a Chrome extension for managing bookmarks. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.
All data (bookmarks, preferences, metadata) is stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage and bookmarks APIs. If Chrome Sync is enabled, data is synced across your devices via your Google account.
bookmarks — Read, create, move, and reorder bookmarks.
tabs — Get the active tab URL/title when saving bookmarks via popup or context menu.
storage — Save preferences and metadata locally.
contextMenus — Add right-click menu items for saving bookmarks.
favicon — Display website favicons next to bookmarks.
alarms — Periodic background sync for metadata.
No analytics, tracking, advertising, or third-party services are included. No data is sold, shared, or transmitted to any external server.
